Following proper aftercare, booking infills every 2–3 weeks, and avoiding rubbing or using oil-based products will help maintain both your extensions and your natural lashes.
To keep your lashes looking flawless and lasting longer, avoid rubbing, pulling, or picking at them, and try to sleep on your back or side. Stay away from oil-based products, waterproof mascara, and eyelash curlers, and avoid steam or saunas for 24–48 hours after your appointment. Brush your lashes daily and clean them gently with a lash-safe cleanser—aftercare kits are available for purchase in the salon. Booking infills every 2–3 weeks will help maintain fullness and prevent gaps. If you experience any irritation, redness, or discomfort, please contact the salon immediately.
Yes! We can provide extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Please DM us prior to your appointment so we can allow extra time for you to move and adjust as needed. All lash adhesives and products we use are safe, and treatments can be tailored to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience during pregnancy.
Yes, we hold a valid Blue Card for children under 18. A parent or guardian must be present for the entire appointment (or provide written consent via letter, DM, or text). We generally recommend lash treatments for teens who are able to sit still and follow aftercare instructions to ensure safe, long-lasting results.
We recommend avoiding mascara, especially waterproof formulas, as it can weaken the adhesive and cause extensions to fall out faster. If needed, only use a lash-extension-safe mascara applied to the tips, and always remove gently with a lash-safe cleanser.
Yes! We use gentle, professional-grade adhesive suitable for most eye types. A patch test is recommended for clients with extreme sensitivity, and we provide aftercare guidance to help prevent irritation and ensure a comfortable, long-lasting result.
