Policies

Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked via booking links or via direct message on one of our social media platforms via DM on Instagram @lashbratzgc or Facebook at Lash Bratz GC.
Card details are securely stored through Square’s encrypted system. All charges are applied at the owner’s discretion. This policy is designed to protect appointment availability and ensure fairness for all clients. 

Cancelation & Rescheduling

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours (2 days) before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
No-shows or same day cancellations will result in a 100% service fee.
All charges are applied at the owner’s discretion. 

Late Policy

Please arrive on time.
A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Repeated lateness may require payment of future services in full. 

Client Preparation

Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
If you arrive with unclean lashes, a $20 lash bath fee will apply. Otherwise, it will affect the quality of my work and you may experience poor retention. This will be discussed with you at the start of your appointment.
Avoid caffeine before your appointment to reduce fluttering.
Use the restroom prior to your appointment – your eyes must remain closed for the duration of the service. 

Refills & Aftercare

Infills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your last set.
Any appointment booked after 3 weeks will be charged as a full set.
Avoid water, steam, and oil-based products for 24 hours post application.
Brush your lashes daily and use lash-safe cleansers. 

Refunds & Reactions

No refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.
If you experience a reaction, please contact within 24 hours. A free removal will be offered in case of a documented reaction. 

Inappropriate Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse anyone who is disrespectful, inappropriate, or non-compliant with salon policies.
No guests, children or pets allowed during lash appointments (unless previously arranged).
